WORK MEETING
OCTOBER 9, 2007

SMSSD MEMBERS PRESENT: Terry Behunin, Frank Fraser, Monte Pugmire, Roy Slater, Jay Hansen
ITEMS OF BUSINESS :
Members of both Boards discussed proposed language to the Lease Agreement that had been developed since the September 9 th work meeting. After some discussion on the wording, there was consensus that the language was close to being satisfactory.
The SMR Board reported that the road map – an Exhibit of the Lease Agreement - was in the process of being finalized and should be ready soon.
It was agreed that it was time for each Board to review the draft Lease with their respective attorneys. The SSD Board will also attempt to meet with the Sanpete County Attorney and have him review the draft.
Another work meeting will be scheduled in the near future as soon as some feedback has been obtained form the attorneys.
The meeting was then adjourned.
